Recommended ways to enjoy

For hot drinks: pour 180ml of boiling water over one tea bag and simmer for 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
A short brew brings out the sweet, gentle, relaxing effects of chamomile.
A longer steep will bring the robust flavour of Tulsi to the forefront.

If drinking iced: Extract for 30 seconds to 1 minute longer than if drinking hot.
Put ice in the jar with the same weight as the hot water (e.g. 180g of ice for 180ml of hot water) and pour the brewed tea over it to enjoy a delicious, cold cup of tea.
